Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery for customers who wish to:

Change the product variant

Upgrade to a different product

Exchange for another colour
Exchange Conditions

An exchange fee of ₹150 will be applicable for all exchange requests.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Wrong product delivered
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Preference issues

Minor color or appearance variations due to photography/display settings
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return, refund, or damage claim, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping label and package condition

Continue without cuts or edits until the product is fully shown
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
Option 1 — Original Payment Refund

Refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Option 2 — Store Credit

Customers may choose store credit instead of a bank refund.

Store credit will include an additional ₹100 bonus as a goodwill benefit.

HAIRBERRY reserves the right to reject exchange or refund requests if the product does not meet our policy conditions.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
